Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement was developed by Emma about 5 years
ago as a practice of developing strength in core muscles of
the body in conjunction with the breath. Mindful Movement
is really a combination of qigong, pilates, yoga and breath
work. It is the mindful movement of realizing the body
structure, what restrictions it may be holding and using the
breath to move those restrictions and barriers for a more
flexible body and mind. It is gentle, quiet work that taps into
your inner strength to recharge your energy and support a
healthier immune system.
It is a program for any level of flexibility and can be useful
for people with health challenges. We offer small classes,
individualized instruction and corporate on-site classes.

Cost is $10.00 a class
per student.
